What are your fees?
There are no hidden fees. We keep it simple.
- Acquisitions/Dispositions: 3% of Sales Price*
- Asset Management: 3.25% of Effective Gross Income
- 1031 Exchange: 3% of Downleg Sales Price + 3% of Upleg Purchase Price*
What markets do you cover for acquisitions or 1031 exchanges?
Our acquisition strategy depends on our clients’ investment objectives.
Currently, we are tracking properties in TX, UT, CO, NV, AZ, and Southern California. We advise on dispositions in any market but only offer the full scope of disposition services to owners of property in Southern California.
What markets do you cover for asset management?
Our market coverage is the western United States from Texas to the Pacific Ocean.
What is asset management, and how does it differ from property management?
